1. DEI Power Champion- This award recognizes the Organization/ Institution that has demonstrated a sustainable and long-term vision towards Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and showcasing significant and measurable progress in terms of overall focus and impact, through initiatives aimed at increasing inclusivity fostering an inclusive culture.
2. DEI Inspire Award This award is to recognize a specific initiative(s) that demonstrates a novel, distinguished, unique or creative approach to promoting and/or advancing DEI .
3. DEI Power Award in Inclusion of Persons with Disability (PwD)- This award recognizes the organizations that exhibit maturity with respect to DEI practices for Persons with Disability (PwD) in terms of hiring, promoting, inclusion & belongingness, etc. across management levels, business units and functions.
4. DEI power award for Excellence in LGBTQIA+ Practices and Programs- This award recognizes the organizations that exhibit maturity with respect to DEI practices for the LGBTQIA+ community in terms of hiring, promoting, inclusion & belongingness, providing a safe and open work environment, etc. across organisation / institution level
5. DEI power Award for Excellence in Women Inclusion- The award recognizes the organizations that exhibit maturity with respect to DEI practices for women advancement in the organisation in terms of hiring, promotion, retention & inclusion providing a safe work environment, etc across organisation / Institution
6. DEI power Allyship Award - The award recognizes the organizations with the most innovative and effective Inclusion & kinship programs. It also covers pathbreaking Allyship programs, Sponsorship programs, etc. that help in effectively translating DEI principles into actionable outcomes consistently
